What is included in the booking price?
Please check the booking conditions of your stay where details of any specific exclusions/inclusions will be marked.
All prices quoted will include taxes and fees.
Is there a Deposit?
Please provide a valid credit card on arrival, where the card maybe pre authorised for the deposit amount, this will satisfy the deposit requirements
Alternatively, a 3,000 THB (or equivalent in other currency) sum can be left at the front desk, this will be returned to you at departure. This deposit sum will be receipted.
What is the cancellation policy
All rates are non-refundable but modifiable, subject to availability and on request by mailto [email protected].
The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel anytime.

During Your Stay
What are the check in/check out times?
Check out is by 11:00 hrs.
Check In is from 15:00 hrs.
Early check in, and late check out are on request and subject to availability.
Late check out will be at additional charge for one night.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is permitted on the balconies only (or roof terraces if applicable).
In the resort public spaces, please only smoke in the designated areas. Please dispose of butts carefully and responsibly.
Are Pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets of any kind are not allowed in our resorts.
Are the Apartments as advertised?
All of the room types have real pictures. Each room type, located in different buildings, has different interior designs but has similar room amenities. Room assignment is subject to availability.
What other house rules are there?
All rooms feature king sized beds and are non-smoking.
There is no twin bed.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
Smoking is permitted on the balcony areas and in designated public areas only.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in
A damage deposit of THB 3,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment.
You should be reimbursed on check-out.
Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the hotel.
Child policies and Extra Bed :
Children of any age are welcome.
Baby cot is free of charge, on request and subject to availability.
Extra bed for adult will be charged at THB 500/night.
Extra bed for child 4-11 years old will be charged at THB 350/night.
Children 12 years and above will be charged as adults rate.
All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
How do I get into my room on arrival and give back the keys at check out?
On arrival at the main entrance please go to building 1. The 24 hour reception is located in this building. They will be ready to receive you, and to complete a speedy check in procedure. They will also arrange to get you ,and your baggage to your room as soon as possible.
Upon check out, please call 0 from your phone to arrange for your baggage to be collected. Please return to the reception to complete the check out procedures and hand back the electronic keycards.
Our welcome letter will mention our contact details and other key information for your stay.
Guests who are granted a late check out, please contact our reception and kindly note that late check out will be charged for one night.
What is in the Tri-Trang area?
Tri trang is a peninsula just south of Patong Beach on Phuket’s West coast. The local area is a haven from the hustle and bustle of Patong, rolling forested hills and several first class beaches make up the backdrop. The area is home to a number of upscale branded hotels with a range of facilities and dining options, local options are also spread along the route in from Patong. Our courtesy shuttle bus service operates at convenient times throughout the day to connect you to and from Patong centre.

Safety Information
What happens if I break something or cause damages?
Please inform the Housekeeping or reception staff of any damages or breakages. The hotel understands that accidents do occur from time to time and each such occurrence is treated on a case by case basis.
Similarly if you find that something is not working as it should in the room please let our staff know so that our engineering department can fix it or replace it.
What Safety features and Insurance are there?
All of the apartments are in secured resorts. These have 24 hour on site security, there are also CCTV cameras in the common ares and public areas. The buildings are protected with smoke detectors , fire alarm systems and firefighting equipment. In addition the buildings are protected with insurances and there is public liability insurance within the resort public areas and within all of our Apartments as a further safety net. There is also emergency lighting and back up generator to power a limited amount of in room lighting and the fridges to prevent spoilage. The Main lobby and the restaurant also run on generator power in emergency including air conditioning.
What do I do in an emergency?
Hotel and security staff are avaialble 24 hours a day. Dial 0 from your phone, or alert a staff member to any concerns.
There are fire extinguishers, fire alarm call points, smoke detectors provided for fire protection. Always raise the alarm first and evacuate, fighting fire, is secondary to saving life.
